The best way to reach us is by email at support@studioemaree.com. Since we're a small studio, your email will come directly to us rather than a large customer service department, ensuring personalized attention to your inquiry. Whether you have questions about sizing, orders, or anything else, we're here to help and always happy to hear from you.
We typically respond to emails Monday through Friday during Australian business hours (9 AM - 5 PM AEST). While we're not always available for immediate responses due to the hands-on nature of our work, we aim to get back to all inquiries within 24-48 hours. During busy periods or while we're deeply focused on production, responses might take slightly longer, but we'll always get back to you.
We don't currently offer live chat, as we prefer to give thoughtful, detailed responses to your questions via email. This allows us to provide more comprehensive help, especially for sizing questions or custom requests that might require checking measurements or availability. Email also creates a helpful record of our conversation for future reference.
While we love connecting on social media, for the fastest and most reliable support, please email us at support@studioemaree.com. Social media messages can sometimes get buried in our notifications, and email ensures your inquiry gets the attention it deserves. We use our social channels primarily for sharing updates, inspiration, and behind-the-scenes content from the studio.
We aim to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours during business days. During particularly busy periods (like new collection launches) or when we're deep in production mode, it might take up to 72 hours. If your inquiry is urgent or you haven't heard back within this timeframe, please don't hesitate to send a follow-up email – sometimes messages get lost in the shuffle.
First, check your spam or junk folder, as confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, email us at support@studioemaree.com with your name and approximate order time – we can resend your confirmation and make sure everything went through properly. It's always better to double-check than worry about whether your order was received.
We operate primarily via email to ensure we can give each inquiry the thoughtful attention it deserves and maintain a record of our conversations. Phone support isn't currently available, but our email responses are detailed and personal – you'll be speaking directly with us, not a call centre. This approach also allows us to focus our time on both customer service and creating your handmade pieces.

As a small studio, we're committed to making things right and will work with you to find a solution. Your feedback helps us improve, and we take all concerns seriously.

While we can't guarantee exact restocks due to our small-batch production and use of deadstock fabrics, we'll let you know if we have plans to remake something or if there are similar pieces coming. You can also sign up for restock alerts on product pages, though availability is never guaranteed for sold-out items.
