Discover the answers you're looking for
Here you can quickly find answers to the most common questions about sizing, shipping, care, payments, and everything in between. We've organized everything to make it easy to find what you're looking for, and as always, feel free to contact us directly if you have further questions or concerns.

This depends on what you've ordered. Our ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–3 business days. For our made-to-order and custom pieces, please allow 2–4 weeks, though some particularly complex or intricate pieces might take up to 6 weeks. We know waiting can be challenging, but good things take time. We'll keep you updated throughout the entire process with regular progress emails so you know exactly how your piece is coming along.
We primarily use Australia Post for all our deliveries. They're reliable, Australia-wide, and provide excellent tracking services. Every order comes with a tracking number that we'll email to you, so you can follow your package's journey from our studio to your door.
Yes, when it's available. You'll see the express shipping option at checkout if it's possible for your order. Express orders generally arrive within 1–3 business days once they're dispatched from our studio. Keep in mind that made-to-order pieces still need their creation time before they can be shipped, but once they're ready, express shipping will get them to you quickly.
Currently, we only ship within Australia, but we're always open to discussing special circumstances. If you're outside Australia and interested in one of our pieces, please email our team at support@studioemaree.com and we'll see what we might be able to arrange. While we can't promise anything, we love hearing from international customers and will do our best to help where possible.
Contact our support team at support@studioemaree.com as soon as you realise the mistake. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually correct the address without any issues. However, if your package is already on its way to the wrong address, we'll need to work with Australia Post to redirect it, and there might be additional redelivery charges. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to fix.
First, check with your neighbors (packages sometimes get delivered next door), look in your mailbox thoroughly, or check with your building manager if you live in an apartment complex. Sometimes packages are left in safe spots around your property. If you still can't locate it after checking these places, contact our support team at support@studioemaree.com and we'll help you open an investigation with the courier to track down your missing package.
This is disappointing when it happens. Please contact our support team at support@studioemaree.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll investigate the issue with the courier and work out an appropriate remedy. Sometimes shipping can be rough on packages, and while we pack everything carefully, occasionally things happen during transit. We'll always work with you to make it right.
Yes, we can ship to residential addresses, PO Boxes, and Australia Post Parcel Lockers – whatever works best for you. Just make sure all your delivery details are accurate when you place your order. Parcel Lockers are particularly convenient if you're not usually home during delivery hours, and PO Boxes work perfectly for those who prefer that option.
Contact our support team at support@studioemaree.com as soon as possible with your request. If your order hasn't been dispatched from our studio yet, we can often update delivery instructions or change the address as long as it's within the same delivery zone. Once it's already in the Australia Post system, changes become much more difficult, so the sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of accommodating your request.
We don't accept change-of-mind returns, particularly for our made-to-order and custom pieces. Since these are handcrafted specifically for you in our studio, each piece is unique and created with you in mind. However, if you receive something that's faulty or we've made an error, we'll make it right. We understand this policy might seem strict, but it allows us to offer these beautiful, personalized pieces at the best possible prices.
If this happens, please contact our team at support@studioemaree.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll ask you to send through some photos and a description of the issue so we can assess what's happened. If your claim is approved, we'll guide you through the return or refund process step by step. We stand behind the quality of our work and will always make things right when we've made a mistake.
Email our support team at support@studioemaree.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue you're experiencing. Our team will carefully assess your request and get back to you within 5 business days with the next steps. We'll make the process as smooth as possible and keep you informed throughout.
Once we've approved your return, you'll have 14 days to send the item back to us. We'll provide you with the return address and any special shipping instructions to ensure your return reaches us safely. This timeframe gives you plenty of opportunity to package everything up properly without feeling rushed.
If we've made an error – like sending you the wrong item or if something arrived damaged – we'll cover the return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the return shipping cost would be your responsibility. We'll always let you know upfront what the arrangement is so there are no surprises.
While we don't offer automatic exchanges, we're happy to work with you. If you'd like a different item, you can go through our return process if your situation qualifies, and then place a new order for what you'd prefer. This way, you can be sure you'll get exactly what you want, and we can ensure everything is processed correctly.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. The exact timing can depend on your bank or payment provider, but we'll process our end as quickly as possible. We know you don't want to wait around for your money, so we prioritize getting refunds sorted promptly.
While we trust our customers, we do reserve the right to reject returns that we believe are fraudulent or inappropriate. This includes things like returning items that aren't from Studio Emaree, items that have been altered or damaged after purchase, or other suspicious activity. We're always fair in our assessments, but we need to protect the integrity of our return system for all our customers.
Please contact our support team at support@studioemaree.com as soon as you notice any issues. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and will assess each situation individually. While we can't guarantee coverage for normal wear and tear, if there's a genuine quality issue with one of our pieces, we want to know about it and will work with you to find a fair solution.
The most accurate way to choose your size is by using the detailed garment measurements (in centimetres) listed on each product page rather than relying on traditional sizing labels. Measure a similar piece from your wardrobe that fits you well, then compare those measurements to our size charts. Each piece is unique, so we always provide specific measurements for bust, waist, hip, length, and sleeve measurements where applicable.
Our sizing varies intentionally by design – some pieces are meant to be oversized and relaxed, while others have a more fitted silhouette. This is why we focus on actual garment measurements rather than standard sizing conventions. A size M in one style might fit very differently than a size M in another, depending on the intended design aesthetic. Always check the individual product measurements and fit notes.
Many of our pieces work beautifully for different body proportions due to their thoughtful design, but we understand that standard lengths don't suit everyone. Since we make everything by hand in our studio, we can often accommodate length adjustments for sleeves, hems, and inseams. Contact us at support@studioemaree.com before ordering to discuss what modifications might be possible for your specific needs.
Rather than relying on international size conversions (which can be inconsistent between brands), we provide all measurements in centimetres on each product page. This gives you the most accurate sizing information regardless of where you're shopping from. We recommend measuring yourself or a well-fitting garment and comparing directly to our listed measurements – it's much more reliable than size label conversions.
If you're between sizes, consider the intended fit of the piece and your personal style preference. For oversized or relaxed-fit pieces, you might prefer the smaller size for a less voluminous look, or the larger size for maximum comfort. For more fitted pieces, we generally recommend sizing up. When in doubt, email us at support@studioemaree.com with your measurements and which piece you're considering – we're happy to provide personalized sizing advice.
We love helping customers find their perfect fit! Email us at support@studioemaree.com with your measurements, the piece you're interested in, and any specific fit concerns. Let us know how you prefer your clothes to fit (snug, relaxed, oversized) and we'll guide you to the best size choice. Since we design and make each piece ourselves, we know exactly how they're intended to fit and wear.
Each piece has its own intended fit, which we describe in the product details. You'll find fit descriptions like, "cropped and boxy," or "close-fitting through the body" on individual product pages. Our hoods and pants are designed as unisex fits, while our tees have a women's cut that's slightly relaxed. Always check the specific fit notes for each piece you're considering.
Because each of our pieces has a unique silhouette and design intention, sizing can vary significantly between styles. We don't use a standard size chart across all pieces – instead, each product page has measurements specific to that exact garment. A size M dress will fit completely differently than a size M oversized hoodie, which is why we always provide individual measurements for every piece.
Yes, since we hand-make everything in our studio, we can often accommodate custom sizing requests. Many of our pants are actually custom-fit at the waist and inseam as standard – you can leave your measurements at checkout or email them to us after ordering. For other pieces, custom sizing may be possible depending on the design. Always contact us before placing your order so we can discuss what's achievable and any additional timelines or costs involved.
Each piece comes with specific care instructions tailored to its fabric and construction, but our general rule is gentle care to preserve the quality and longevity we've built into every garment. Most pieces do best with a cold, gentle machine wash (30°C or less) using a mild detergent, followed by air drying away from direct sunlight. Turn garments inside out before washing to protect the surface, and consider using a mesh laundry bag for delicate pieces. Always check the care label included with your specific piece, as some fabrics may have unique requirements.
Natural fibers may experience some shrinkage with their first wash, which is normal and expected. To minimize this and preserve the beautiful fit we've created, always wash in cold water and air dry – never put your Emaree pieces in the dryer unless specifically noted on the care label. Any initial shrinkage will stabilise after the first wash when proper care is followed. For colour preservation, wash similar colours together, turn garments inside out, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when drying.
Some pieces can be dry cleaned, particularly our structured pieces or those made from wool blends, but it's not always necessary. Check the care label on your specific piece – if dry cleaning is recommended or required, we'll note it clearly. For pieces that can be either machine washed or dry cleaned, we generally recommend gentle home care as it's more sustainable and cost-effective. If you're unsure about a particular piece, email us at support@studioemaree.com with the item details.
Act quickly with stains for the best results. For most stains on natural fibers, gently blot (don't rub) with cold water first. For oil-based stains, try a small amount of gentle dish soap worked in carefully before washing. For protein-based stains (sweat, food), cold water is crucial – hot water will set these stains permanently. For stubborn stains, make a paste with baking soda and water, let it sit for 30 minutes, then wash as usual. Always test any treatment on an inconspicuous area first, and when in doubt, consult a professional cleaner rather than risk damaging the fabric.
Proper storage will keep your Emaree pieces looking beautiful for years. Hang structured pieces like blazers and dresses on padded or wide hangers to maintain their shape. Fold knits and heavy pieces to prevent stretching – never hang chunky knits or they'll lose their shape. Store everything in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can fade colors over time. For seasonal storage, clean pieces first, then store in breathable garment bags or cotton storage bags rather than plastic, which can trap moisture and cause mildew.
Leather needs different care than our fabric pieces. For regular maintenance, gently wipe your Mira Bag with a slightly damp, clean cloth to remove surface dirt, then let it air dry completely. Avoid getting leather excessively wet, and never put it in the washing machine or dryer. For deeper cleaning or conditioning, use products specifically designed for leather – test any product on an inconspicuous area first. Store leather pieces in dust bags (we include one with your Leather Mira Bag) and stuff with tissue paper to help maintain shape during long-term storage.
Small tears or loose threads can often be repaired, and we're happy to help assess what's possible. Email us at support@studioemaree.com with photos of the issue and details about the piece. Since we made it by hand originally, we understand the construction and may be able to offer repair services or detailed guidance for a local tailor. For minor issues like loose buttons or small seam separations, we can often walk you through a simple fix. We believe in extending the life of every piece we create.
Prevention is the best approach for maintaining your pieces. Wash similar fabrics together to reduce friction, use a gentle cycle, and avoid overloading the machine. Turn pieces inside out before washing to protect the surface. For pieces prone to pilling (like wool blends), consider hand washing or using a delicate wash cycle. Store knits folded rather than hung to prevent stretching. Avoid rough surfaces when wearing delicate pieces, and be mindful of bags or accessories that might cause friction. A fabric shaver can carefully remove pills if they do appear, but gentle prevention is always better than treatment.
When in doubt, reach out! Email us at support@studioemaree.com with details about your piece and your specific care question. Since we design and make every piece ourselves, we know exactly how each fabric behaves and what care approach works best. We'd rather you ask than accidentally damage a piece you love. We're also happy to recommend trusted dry cleaners or tailors in your area if professional care is needed.
Emaree was founded by Eve, who brings together a passion for thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and sustainable fashion. Starting from a desire to create clothing that feels both timeless and uniquely personal, Eve established the studio to focus on small-batch, handmade pieces that prioritize quality over quantity. Every piece reflects a commitment to slow fashion and the belief that well-made clothing should be treasured for years to come.
Our design philosophy centres on creating pieces that feel effortlessly wearable while maintaining a distinct aesthetic. We believe in designing for real life – pieces that move with you, age beautifully, and work seamlessly together. Each garment is thoughtfully considered, from the initial sketch to the final stitch, with an emphasis on unique silhouettes, quality materials, and timeless appeal rather than fleeting trends.
Absolutely. Every Emaree piece is handmade in our Australian studio, ensuring fair working conditions and quality control at every step. We prioritize sustainable practices by using deadstock fabrics when possible, creating small batches to minimize waste, and focusing on durability so pieces last for years rather than seasons. Our made-to-order approach means we only create what's needed, reducing overproduction and waste.
We're proudly based in New South Wales, Australia, where our studio serves as both the creative heart and production centre for all Emaree pieces. Being locally based allows us to maintain close relationships with our fabric suppliers, ensure quality control, and support Australian manufacturing. Our Australian location also means we can offer faster shipping within the country and personal customer service during local business hours.
Our collections draw inspiration from the intersection of functionality and beauty – the way fabric drapes, how a silhouette moves, the satisfaction of a perfectly placed pocket. We're inspired by timeless pieces that transcend seasons, quality craftsmanship techniques, and the idea that clothing should enhance rather than complicate your daily life. Each piece starts with a vision of how it will feel to wear and live in.
Currently, we operate as an online-only brand, with all production happening in our private studio space. While we don't have a physical storefront open to the public, we may occasionally participate in local markets and pop-up events. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about any upcoming in-person opportunities to see and feel our pieces firsthand.
The best way to stay in the loop is by signing up for our email newsletter, where you'll be the first to hear about new collections, restocks, and behind-the-scenes updates from the studio. We also share regular updates on our social media channels, including work-in-progress shots and styling inspiration. Given our small-batch approach, newsletter subscribers often get early access to new pieces before they sell out.
We're always interested in meaningful collaborations and press opportunities that align with our values and aesthetic. For collaboration proposals, press inquiries, or media requests, please email us at create@studioemaree.com with details about your project or publication. We love connecting with like-minded creatives, publications, and brands that share our commitment to quality and thoughtful design.
Our garments are designed with unique silhouettes that vary from piece to piece – some are intentionally boxy, cropped, oversized, or relaxed-fit depending on the design. Rather than relying on standard sizing, we recommend checking the detailed garment measurements in centimeters listed on each product page. These measurements will give you the most accurate idea of how a piece will fit. If you're still unsure about sizing or caught between two sizes, feel free to email us at support@studioemaree.com and we'll help guide you to the best choice.
We offer XS–L in our core range, with hoods and pants designed as unisex fit, while our tees have a women's fit that's slightly relaxed. However, we understand that bodies are unique, and standard sizing doesn't work for everyone. Custom sizing may be available for certain pieces – just reach out to us before placing your order so we can discuss what's possible. Many of our pants are actually custom-fit at the waist and inseam, so you can leave your measurements at checkout or email us your preferences after ordering.
We're quite particular about our fabric choices, selecting high-quality natural fibres and deadstock materials for their durability, feel, and environmental consideration. You'll find detailed material information on each product page, whether it's organic cotton, premium denim, wool blends, or other carefully chosen fabrics. We believe the right fabric makes all the difference in how a garment feels and lasts, so we never compromise on quality.
To maintain the longevity and beautiful feel of your garment, we recommend following the care instructions provided with each piece. Generally, this means a gentle cold wash and air drying, but specific care details will always be included with your order. Proper care will help your Emaree pieces maintain their shape, color, and quality for years to come.
The Mira Bag comes in two distinct versions to suit different styles and needs. Our leather option is structured and elevated, available in sophisticated green, navy, and black colorways. The cotton denim version offers a softer, striped utility feel that's perfect for casual wear. Both feature quality silver-tone hardware, reliable YKK zippers, and adjustable straps. Each bag is thoughtfully designed to be compact yet functional, carrying your daily essentials with style.
The Mira Bag is designed to carry your essentials without bulk – think phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, and a few extras like lip balm or earbuds. It's compact by design, prioritizing a clean silhouette while still being practical for daily use. For exact dimensions and capacity, please refer to the detailed measurements listed on the product page, which will help you determine if it meets your specific needs.
Every single Emaree piece is designed, cut, sewn, and crafted entirely by hand in our own studio here in Australia. We handle every step of the process ourselves – from initial design concepts to the final stitches – ensuring each piece meets our exacting standards for quality and craftsmanship. This hands-on approach allows us to maintain complete control over every detail and create truly unique, small-batch pieces. When you purchase from us, you're supporting genuine handmade craftsmanship and local Australian production.
Due to the small-batch and made-to-order nature of our work, restocks are quite limited and not guaranteed. We often work with deadstock fabrics or create pieces in small quantities, which means once they're gone, they may not return in the same form. If you love something you see, we genuinely recommend ordering before it sells out. You can also sign up for restock alerts on product pages, though we can't promise items will become available again.
Sometimes we can accommodate special requests, and we love hearing your ideas. If you've seen a fabric we've used in previous collections or have a particular colour or material in mind, please get in touch with us at support@studioemaree.com. While we can't guarantee every request is possible due to fabric availability and production constraints, we're always happy to explore what we can do. Custom requests work best when discussed before placing your order, so we can set proper expectations and timelines.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through Shopify Payments. As a small Australian studio, we've chosen secure payment methods that keep transaction costs reasonable so we can continue offering quality handmade pieces at fair prices.
Yes! We offer Afterpay for Australian customers, allowing you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments. This option will appear automatically at checkout if you're shipping to an Australian address. Unfortunately, other Buy Now, Pay Later services aren't currently available, but we're always evaluating new payment options that might benefit our customers.
Unfortunately, our checkout system doesn't currently support splitting payment across multiple cards. You'll need to use a single payment method for each order. If you'd like to make a large purchase and need payment flexibility, consider using Afterpay, which allows you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments.
Payment declines can happen for several reasons: insufficient funds, incorrect card details, expired cards, or your bank's security measures. We recommend double-checking your card information, ensuring you have sufficient funds, and trying again. If the issue persists, contact your bank as they may need to authorize the transaction or have security holds in place.
Yes, GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be automatically calculated and added to your order at checkout. Since we only ship within Australia, all customers will see GST included in their final order total.
Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, we recommend using the one that offers the best savings on your current purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated otherwise.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information during checkout. All credit card processing is handled through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors, meaning your sensitive information is never stored on our servers. Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar – that's your confirmation that the connection is secure.
Our prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Since we only ship within Australia, you'll be charged in AUD regardless of your bank or card type.
Yes! If you create an account during checkout, you can securely save both your shipping address and payment details for future orders through the Shop app. This makes returning for future purchases quick and convenient while keeping your information secure through Shopify's encrypted system.
The best way to reach us is by email at support@studioemaree.com. Since we're a small studio, your email will come directly to us rather than a large customer service department, ensuring personalized attention to your inquiry. Whether you have questions about sizing, orders, or anything else, we're here to help and always happy to hear from you.
We typically respond to emails Monday through Friday during Australian business hours (9 AM - 5 PM AEST). While we're not always available for immediate responses due to the hands-on nature of our work, we aim to get back to all inquiries within 24-48 hours. During busy periods or while we're deeply focused on production, responses might take slightly longer, but we'll always get back to you.
We don't currently offer live chat, as we prefer to give thoughtful, detailed responses to your questions via email. This allows us to provide more comprehensive help, especially for sizing questions or custom requests that might require checking measurements or availability. Email also creates a helpful record of our conversation for future reference.
While we love connecting on social media, for the fastest and most reliable support, please email us at support@studioemaree.com. Social media messages can sometimes get buried in our notifications, and email ensures your inquiry gets the attention it deserves. We use our social channels primarily for sharing updates, inspiration, and behind-the-scenes content from the studio.
We aim to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours during business days. During particularly busy periods (like new collection launches) or when we're deep in production mode, it might take up to 72 hours. If your inquiry is urgent or you haven't heard back within this timeframe, please don't hesitate to send a follow-up email – sometimes messages get lost in the shuffle.
First, check your spam or junk folder, as confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, email us at support@studioemaree.com with your name and approximate order time – we can resend your confirmation and make sure everything went through properly. It's always better to double-check than worry about whether your order was received.
We operate primarily via email to ensure we can give each inquiry the thoughtful attention it deserves and maintain a record of our conversations. Phone support isn't currently available, but our email responses are detailed and personal – you'll be speaking directly with us, not a call centre. This approach also allows us to focus our time on both customer service and creating your handmade pieces.
If you have a concern that hasn't been resolved to your satisfaction, please email us at support@studioemaree.com with "URGENT" in the subject line, along with details of your previous correspondence. As a small studio, we're committed to making things right and will work with you to find a solution. Your feedback helps us improve, and we take all concerns seriously.
Email us at support@studioemaree.com with the specific piece you're interested in. While we can't guarantee exact restocks due to our small-batch production and use of deadstock fabrics, we'll let you know if we have plans to remake something or if there are similar pieces coming. You can also sign up for restock alerts on product pages, though availability is never guaranteed for sold-out items.

We carefully vet all our service providers to ensure they meet our high standards for data protection.
No – we will never sell your personal data. We only share your information with trusted third parties when it's essential to fulfill your order – like payment processors to handle your purchase securely, or delivery services to get your pieces to your door. These partners are carefully selected and bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
While we work hard to prevent this from ever happening, if your data were ever exposed in a breach that could cause you harm, we would notify you immediately. We would also report it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by Australian law. Transparency and quick action are our priorities if something like this were to occur.
Yes. Your data belongs to you, and you have every right to know what we have and control how it's used. Simply email us at privacy@studioemaree.com anytime to request access to your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion where legally appropriate. We regularly update our security measures and monitor for any potential threats. Your safety and security are fundamental to everything we do.
Of course. You're welcome to browse our collections anonymously or use a nickname if you prefer. However, when it comes time to place an order or if you need to contact our customer service team, we'll need accurate information to ensure your pieces reach you safely and we can provide proper support.
We only keep your data for as long as we need it to provide our services, comply with legal requirements, or resolve any potential disputes. We don't hold onto information unnecessarily – it's regularly reviewed and cleaned up. If you'd like us to delete your data at any time, just contact us at privacy@studioemaree.com and we'll take care of it for you.
When you place an order with us, you're entering into our Terms of Service – our mutual agreement that outlines how we'll work together. This covers everything from how we process your order to what you can expect from our team, your responsibilities as our customer, and your rights under Australian consumer law. We've designed these terms to be fair and transparent, ensuring both you and Studio Emaree are protected throughout your shopping experience.
Your order becomes legally binding when we send you a confirmation email. Until then, it's not quite official yet. We do reserve the right to cancel orders in rare circumstances – things like unexpected stock issues, pricing errors, or if our security systems flag something suspicious. If we ever need to cancel your order, we'll contact you immediately and provide a full refund. We hate disappointing our customers, so this rarely happens.
Contact our team at support@studioemaree.com as soon as you notice the mistake. If your order hasn't entered our production process or been dispatched, we'll do our best to make the changes you need. However, once our studio has started handcrafting your piece, especially for custom or made-to-order items, changes become much more difficult or sometimes impossible. The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of helping you.
Yes, our made-to-order and custom pieces are handcrafted specifically for you in our studio. Because each piece is created with you in mind, these items are generally not refundable unless they arrive faulty or we've made an error. It's similar to commissioning a piece of art – once it's made for you, it's uniquely yours. You can find all the details about this in our Returns Policy, but we're always happy to discuss any concerns before you order.
Your security is very important to us. We use encrypted checkout systems and trusted payment gateways like Shopify Payments to ensure your information is completely safe. We never store your card details on our servers – once your payment is processed, those details are removed from our system entirely. We take data protection seriously and follow strict security protocols to keep your personal information secure.
We would never cancel your order without letting you know immediately. While we rarely need to cancel orders, we do reserve the right to do so in exceptional circumstances – things like significant pricing errors on our website, security concerns, or if an item becomes unexpectedly unavailable. If this ever happens, you'll be the first to know, and we'll provide a full refund straight away.
Never. Your personal information is precious to us, and we would never sell it to anyone. We only use your data to provide you with the best possible service – processing your orders, sending you updates, and occasionally sharing news about new collections if you've opted in. Everything we do with your data is covered in our comprehensive Privacy Policy.
Our Terms of Service follow the laws of New South Wales, Australia, where our studio is based. No matter which state or territory you're ordering from across Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are fully protected and respected. We're committed to ensuring you receive all the protections and guarantees you're entitled to as an Australian consumer.
We're committed to making things right if something goes wrong. Please reach out to our support team at support@studioemaree.com with your concerns – we're here to help and will work with you to resolve any issues fairly and quickly. If for some reason we can't resolve the matter directly, you have full rights under Australian Consumer Law and can seek assistance through consumer protection agencies.
